An infrared sauna question I get asked all the time is: “Jen, why would I buy my Clearlight sauna from you instead of calling Clearlight directly?”
It’s a fair question. On paper, the sauna is the same whether you buy it through me or through the company. Same model, same warehouse, same lifetime warranty. But the truth is, my journey with Clearlight’s infrared sauna therapy isn’t about selling equipment; it’s about a life-changing relationship with wellness.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked with Clearlight, not for them. I’m friends with Dr. Raleigh Duncan, the founder, but I run my own wellness company, Jen Heller Lifestyle. My role isn’t “salesperson.” I’m a wellness educator who found healing through sauna therapy and now helps others do the same.
A Clearlight sauna isn’t just another product on my site; it was one of the tools that helped save my life.
When I first stepped into an infrared sauna, my body was overloaded with toxins. I could literally see heavy metals like mercury and lead staining my towels as I sweated. Over the years, I’ve also seen firefighters release layers of soot through their skin during detox. A Clearlight sauna is more than heat; it’s a powerful tool for detoxification and recovery.
I lost 125 pounds over 15 years ago, and my sauna was part of the routine that kept me moving forward. Beyond burning fat, infrared heat supports muscle recovery, circulation, and cellular health; benefits that elite athletes in the NFL, NBA, and CrossFit communities swear by.
Back in the day, I needed whiskey or late-night TV to fall asleep. Now, a sauna session helps me drift off naturally; no devices, no vices, no crutches. That kind of nervous system reset is something I’ve also seen help clients with stress and anxiety.
I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside thousands of people: firefighters, first responders, moms, dads, athletes, and folks just trying to feel better. Hearing people’s gratitude, their relief from pain, and their renewed energy is what inspires me to keep spreading this work.
So here’s the straight answer: you don’t buy a different sauna when you buy through me. What you’re choosing is whether you want a partner in the process.
When you purchase through me, you get access to my knowledge, my resources, and my community. You’re not just ordering equipment, you’re plugging into nearly two decades of experience, troubleshooting, and encouragement.
And honestly? If you feel more comfortable buying direct from Clearlight, please do it. I’m just grateful you’re getting a sauna in your home.
At the end of the day, this isn’t about transactions. It’s about transformation. My own stroke, toxic overload, and health wake-up call pushed me into this work. And for the past 15+ years, I’ve been honored to help others find their way back to wellness too.
A Clearlight sauna is the same whether you buy it directly from Clearlight or me. The difference is the connection, the education, and the lived experience that comes with working with me. If you want a trusted partner in your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
If you have specific questions and prefer to talk it through, call, text or email me anytime. I’m here for you and happy to help.
