Is it hard to work on yourself when you’re always trying to meet other people’s demands? It’s a tough spot to be in. You’re always told to achieve, do better, and meet expectations. And in the chaos, your needs and growth often take a back seat. This constant battle inside can leave you feeling drained and disconnected from your true self. Knowing the right time to act, making a positive space in your home, and focusing on self-care can lead to personal growth. It’s about reshaping your life by following divine timing and breaking the barriers that prevent you from achieving real joy and contentment.
If you haven’t caught part 1 of this episode yet, you’re missing out on the healing power of breathwork, nature, and sacred spaces.
Continuing our talk with Siri, she digs deeper into the importance of creating a space in your home that allows you to elevate your well-being. Being a Breathwork teacher, Akashic teacher, Reiki Master of Masters, Human Design reader, and Buddhist practitioner, she has learned to follow life’s flow and prioritize vibration and intentionality for personal growth and well-being.
“I decided to completely prioritize my vibration for the entire day. It wasn’t about how productive I could be. It was about how good I could feel all day long.”

Divine timing is about events, growth, or transformations in one’s life that happen at the most appropriate or perfect time, according to a higher or spiritual plan.
Siri says, it is moving with the natural flow of life, with no need to rush or judge oneself for past choices or actions, as everything unfolds when one is truly ready.
It is listening to your gut from living reactively to living intentionally, with increasing awareness and control over your life.
A high-vibration space promotes peace and positivity. It is about supporting and making you feel better through the design of your environment and the energy it holds. Siri uses breathwork to clear energy and set the tone for her day. She also dances around their house to make herself feel good and make their space more alive.
The pressures of societal and cultural norms often lead us to neglect our needs. What people think we should do can make it difficult to look after ourselves first.
Siri shows us that taking care of ourselves makes us more prepared to be there for others and do what we need to do. She highlights that true progress in life and business comes from a place of alignment and joy, rather than resentment or exhaustion.
Here’s how to resist these pressures:
I have a checklist that makes turning your home into a wellness spot a breeze. It’s fun, free, and full of tips to make your space feel comforting—go see it now!
Siri invites you to step out of your comfort zone and check out different healing modalities. She encourages you to try various practices until you find the one that truly lights you up. Doing routines like cold plunges, grounding exercises, and spending time in nature can also help you feel better and stay in touch with what’s important.
The concept of divine timing shows that becoming more conscious and aligned with one’s true purpose occurs naturally and at the right time, without force or self-judgment.
By cultivating joy and high energy in our homes and lives, we can enhance our overall well-being and show up more fully for ourselves and others.
