In 2017, I found myself in the chair of a functional medicine doctor’s office in Orlando, FL. I had a host of health problems, and had just had my last amalgam filling removed… and really had no idea what heavy metal toxicity was, or how to purge the body of heavy metals. (nor did I even know we all need to!)

I was as green as they come, and barely knew what an infrared sauna was at the time… but this would quickly change, as the Doc said the #1 thing I could do for my health, was “get in an infrared sauna like yesterday!”

I, like many others, was frustrated by the lack of transparency and honesty in the sauna industry. Sauna companies often make exaggerated claims about their products, particularly regarding EMF levels.

To address this issue, I personally tested numerous saunas, uncovering significant discrepancies between advertised claims and actual performance. I found that many "low EMF" or "no EMF" saunas had dangerously high EMF levels.

To help others avoid similar pitfalls, I've created a platform to provide accurate information and unbiased reviews. I test saunas rigorously and share my findings, empowering consumers to make informed decisions.

While I may partner with sauna companies, my primary goal is to prioritize consumer safety and transparency. I will never recommend a product that doesn't meet strict safety standards.
