Two days to make space for yourself, slow down, and explore what it means to create a life and an environment that truly supports you.

October 18 & 19, 2026 | Madison, WI

a Homes that Heal™ retreat

Not to fix everything or reinvent yourself, and definitely not to come home with another list of things you should be doing.

Instead, imagine stepping outside of your everyday routines long enough to notice what is supporting you and what isn’t. The spaces you live in. The rhythms you’ve created. The things that affect how you feel. The ways you’ve been caring for yourself. The things you’ve been craving more of.

And maybe even the parts of your life that are ready for something different.

What if you gave yourself the space to simply notice?

save my seat

You’ll learn from thoughtful experts, experience practices that invite you to slow down, connect with women who are asking some of the same questions, and leave with a clearer understanding of what supports you and what you want to create more space for when you go home.

Create Space is an intimate two-day Homes That Heal™ retreat designed to help you look at your home, your well-being and yourself through a new lens.

The light coming through your windows, the room you wake up in, the way you sleep, the food you eat, the people you spend time with, the amount of time you spend outside, the technology surrounding you and the pace of your days all become part of the environment you live inside every day.

And all of it can influence the way you feel.

Homes That Heal™ began with a simple belief: our environments have the power to support our well-being. But “home” is bigger than four walls.

Over two days, we’ll explore what happens when we begin looking at the entire ecosystem surrounding our lives and start becoming more intentional about what we allow into it.

Your environment is always speaking to you.

Wha t do  you wan t  to make space for?

Create Space isn’t about packing as much information as possible into a weekend. Quite the opposite.

This experience has been intentionally designed to give you room to learn, reflect, connect and experience - without feeling rushed from one thing to the next.

Together, we’ll explore how our homes influence the way we feel and function, how everyday choices shape our personal wellness ecosystem, what happens within us when we slow down and create room for stillness, and how deeper self-awareness can help us recognize what feels aligned.

And eventually, we’ll arrive at a simple question:

Two days. One beautiful pause.

Leaving with a clearer sense of what we want to carry forward.

WHAT'S NEXT

Becoming curious about what we want more of  and what could feel different.

POSSIBILITY

Creating space to slow down, reconnect, and better understand our patterns, strengths, and energy.

self

The everyday elements that shape our personal wellness ecosystem.

well-being

How the spaces around us influence the way we feel, function and live.

what we will explore

For Jen, Homes That Heal has never been about creating a picture-perfect home. It’s about creating an environment that helps you live well.

Through her own wellness journey and conversations on the Homes That Heal™ podcast, Jen explores the connection between our surroundings and our well-being. Create Space brings those conversations out of your headphones and into the room.

Jen will guide you through the weekend, share the Homes That Heal wellness ecosystem, and invite you to get curious about what truly supports you — at home and in life.

MEET YOUR HOST

Throughout the weekend, Jen will be joined by women whose work beautifully expands the Homes That Heal conversation. Together, we'll explore the spaces around us, the inner environments we carry with us, and the deeper patterns that shape how we move through our lives.

These aren't simply talks to sit through. Each conversation offers a different lens for understanding what supports you and an invitation to take what resonates and make it your own.

Years ago, Jen walked into Ashley Meyer’s office feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and out of options. She had no idea that one appointment would begin to change the way she thought about health, healing, and the intelligence of the human body.

Ashley became an important part of Jen’s own wellness journey - and the conversations and curiosity that followed helped shape the way Jen approaches health today.

To close our time together on Sunday, Jen and Ashley will sit down over coffee for an honest conversation about that journey, the wisdom our bodies can hold, and what can happen when we become curious about what our symptoms, surroundings, and experiences may be telling us.
